Folks, another decent boy has gotten the internet’s notice. I must admit, I’m one of them. This is Kai, and Kai has trouble controlling himself near water.
His owner recently shared a video of him losing control when his owner filled up his paddling pool, and the video quickly went viral on TikTok. Cross-posting of the video on their other social media platforms led Kai’s owner to make the rambunctious labradoodle his pet account on TikTok.
Over 27 million people have watched the viral video, and many have remarked on how energetic the dog is. Furthermore, despite only being founded in April of last year, Kai’s TikTok account already has over 13,000 followers. His movies demonstrate the dog’s extreme vigor, particularly when near water.
People have remarked on how humorously Kai runs into the swimming pool, stating that he “has that cartoon run,” and others who have fallen in love with the cute dog have made remarks like, “Not to sound dramatic or anything, but I would step in front of a bus for kai,” and “Kai’s pleasure is overwhelming.”
Given that Kai is only two years old, it appears that his parents have decided to put him in swimming lessons. Watching Kai swim alongside other dogs in a large pool is almost as amusing as watching him in the smaller paddle pool.
Some others are worried about the dog as well as Kai gained fame for his zoomies in the water. They have made comments to warn the owner of Kai about the risks associated with having a paddling pool, such as water intoxication and dry drowning.
