Puppyhood can be difficult at times, even if puppies are adorable. It is unquestionably not a situation for the weak. The practice of puppies chewing on anything and everything that catches their attention is well known. You should use extreme caution when near puppies if you have pricey shoes. And one man, Ashley Bamforth from Sheffield in the UK, discovered the delights of rearing a puppy all too painfully firsthand.
He posted an unforgettable video on YouTube, and it quickly gained a lot of traction. Ashley and his girlfriend had recently acquired Layla, a gorgeous boxer puppy with a joyful disposition, as their child. The pair quickly set her up with her own Facebook page and YouTube channel to keep a record of all of her activities. However, the video that showed the destruction she made to their house after only being left alone for 30 minutes is arguably the most well-known and popular.
The dog decided to decorate the room on her own, paying special attention to the bed. For the first time, Ashley only left Layla alone for a brief period—just 30 minutes. She had, however, found a way to unlock the bedroom doors during that time and had gone all out.
He returned home to the following, which horrified him:
Layla had even been able to entrap herself inside the mattress lining! and the entire mattress filling was removed and redistributed. The saddest aspect, though, was that the dog showed no regret at all; rather, she appeared to be quite proud of her work. In the video, Ashley can be heard stating, “She thinks it’s funny,” as Layla proudly displays all the damage while cheerfully wagging her tail.
Layla got lucky with her dad because he was a softy and she was adorable. We’re confident that the fact that the video went viral helped her establish a stronger social media presence and contributed to Ashley’s ability to tolerate her actions.
