The fact that dogs can be enormous moochers is something that most dog owners are all too familiar with. Who is to blame for the constant mooching, the owners or the pets, though? When you observe other people’s dogs continually barking and pleading for food, you think, “If I had a dog, it would never act like that, no way!” Practically every potential dog owner initially says that. Reality then sets in. You are ready to train your new puppy and hold them to the highest behavioral standards when you bring them home.

It’s difficult to refuse them, though, when your new animal companion turns to face you with those sorrowful puppy eyes. Despite their best efforts and extensive training regimens, the majority of people eventually cave and treat their dogs with food. It begins with a few bits here and there. Just a tiny taste of your chicken or a single potato chip will do. No harm in taking a small nibble, right? What a timeless tale! In actuality, that is how it always begins, and before you know it, you are dealing with a full-fledged beggar.

Some cunning dogs have even developed unique methods for obtaining food from their owners. They understand that begging is tiresome, so they decide to utilize comedy to acquire what they want instead. At least, that is Dinky the Great Dane’s secret. Dinky throws a fuss when his owner won’t give him a bite of his sandwich in a hilarious video that is going popular on YouTube. Dinky is, of course, directly in front of the owner while he nonchalantly eats the sandwich.

He begins to bark as if to beg his father, “Please Dad! Please! I’d like a bite. The owner is unmoving. He gave an answer that we’ve all given to our dogs at some point. Dinky, halt! You didn’t even finish your meal. Why are you staring at my food when you haven’t even finished yours? You’ve already finished your lunch, the owner of Dinky’s remarks. Dinky, however, is unconcerned. He still has hunger. Of course, he keeps trying.

It turns out there are two additional dogs in the room as the film continues, although they are unquestionably a little more patient than Dinky. They at least have the decency to not be as noisy about it, even when they are looking at their owner and hoping for a bite. He is at least well-behaved enough to refrain from trying to forcibly steal a bite, which is the single saving grace. This time, it appears that he plans to gradually exhaust his owner.

When a sandwich is on the line, a dog quickly learns to never give up, and in the end, Dinky’s perseverance pays off. The sandwich is eaten by all three dogs. One mouthful, however, is never enough. Even after getting what they desired, they keep pleading and pleading—such is the life of a dog owner. However, nobody can fault the owner for caving in the end. Dinky is just too adorable to pass up!
