Despite the significant size disparity between them, Osiris and Riff Rat are the best of friends. Osiris is a Dutch Shepherd who is three years old, and Riff Rat is, as one may guess from his name, a rat who is three months old. The two spend all of their time together and have such a deep degree of trust for one another that Riff Rat can climb in and out of Osiris’ mouth!

This peculiar but endearing bond began when Osiris’ owners saved Riff Rat when he was only four weeks old. Due to the fact that he was so young, he had not yet opened his eyes, and he required a syringe to be brought back from the edge of death.

Osiris was a stray puppy when he was found in a parking lot and had to be rescued by animal shelter workers. Because of his owners, he did not succeed in his foster home. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that he would get along well with a person who had also been rescued. After all, Osiris is certified as a therapy dog, which means he has a client and has assisted his owners in the care of a number of other animals.

All of the owners’ concerns were put to rest as soon as they noticed how well the two got along with one another after they overcame their initial reluctance to introduce the pair to one another for obvious reasons.
Moments of the two of them being lovely together are included below:
