Meet Madeline and Barnabas, two gorgeous Neapolitan Mastiffs who reside in Upstate New York with their owner Alayna. They are both 10 years old. The adorable duo rose to fame on Instagram when they appeared in several cute and corny pictures, patiently posing and cracking jokes appropriate for any situation.
But how can Alayna persuade Madeline and Barnabas to consent to pose perfectly still for the cameras? “Maddy and Barn are very motivated by food!” She revealed to Bored Panda. For a treat, they will do anything! Additionally, they are naturally quite laid-back, which is a big assistance.
For instance, I was too preoccupied looking at the photos I had taken when I shot the pirate photo to remember to take off the hats and Maddy’s eye patch. When I turned around a short while later, they were STILL there.
Mastiffs are typically quiet dogs, but according to Alayna, Maddy and Barn are even more relaxed than usual. However, Madeline is undoubtedly the princess of the two, and Barnabas does have his moments. “Maddy is more well-behaved, hands down!” Tell us, Alayna. “Barn is good, but occasionally he can be mischievous. Maddy is a lovely, idealistic young lady. Perfect, I mean!
Alayna says that she has come up with a few of the humorous puns on her own, but she also has a handy list that she tries to match with appropriate objects. However, what motivated the concept in the first place? She told Bored Panda, “I just thought it would be something hilarious and unusual and something I hadn’t seen anyone else do.” “Honestly, I never imagined that people would adore my cute dogs and silly puns so much!”

The photograph with the beets, “You Make My Heart Skip A Beat,” was Alayna’s favorite to take. “I believe because I visualized precisely how I wanted it to appear and it suddenly came out PERFECTLY – their expressions and everything,” she says.
