When Ralphie the Newfoundland gives his mother, Bee, the cold shoulder, he demonstrates that dogs can behave similarly to children. Ralphie isn’t thrilled with his human and is giving her the quiet treatment. She keeps asking what’s wrong and if he’s furious at her, but Ralphie only glances at her and then turns away, disgusted. He won’t make more than a few seconds of eye contact with her.
Ralphie eventually looks his mother in the eyes when his mother apologies. He looks at her with large puppy dog eyes before jumping on top of her and hugging her. Ralphie clearly chose to forgive her, and it only needed those two magic words to do so! Ralphie forgiving his mother was captured on camera, and the humorous yet sweet scene has gone viral, melting hearts all over the world.
